Right of withdrawal

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the purchased product in 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Returned items must have all tags intact and have not been worn.

There are three types of returns:

1. Change size / color
   It is possible to request a size or color change only for the same item, if available.
2. Good
   As soon as the return is received, a code with a value equal to the total number of returned items will be sent to the customer to be used for subsequent purchases. The good:
   1. it is valid for 3 months following the return and can only be used once
   2. it cannot be combined with other vouchers
   3. its use can only take place in an order with a total value equal to or greater than the value of the voucher
3. Reimbursement
   After receiving the return and checking that all the requirements have been met, an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return will be sent, with details of the order number, the amount and the date of the refund. When purchasing with a credit card or debit card, the time required to view the refund depends on the institution that issued the card. In case of payment by Paypal or by bank transfer, the amount will be returned to the original bank account. The refunded amount includes the cost of the returned product and any shipping costs on the invoice. The money will be refunded 7 - 14 days after the item returns to the warehouse.

How to make a return

1. Customers can make the request in the section Contacts or by sending an email to [email protected] indicating the order number, the code of the item to be returned and the reason for the return (optional).
2. Once the procedure is completed, you will receive a document confirming the courier's collection.
3. The products to be returned must be sent within 30 days from the date of delivery, returns new, unused and with all labels, put the invoice with the receipt back inside. Furthermore, the items must be returned in their original intact packaging, considered an integral part of the product, so that they are properly protected during transport. If the packaging is not available, a box of the same size and with the same characteristics can be used.
4. The money will be refunded 7 - 14 days after the item returns to the warehouse.

The return can only be requested by the person who placed the order and the return shipment can only start from the country in which the order was placed.
